Streets & Maintenance Division
The Streets & Maintenance Division maintains public streets within the City limits by resurfacing, pothole patching, street sweeping, snow removal, and updating street markings. This division is also responsible for grounds maintenance of City owned property. This division oversees the City's yard waste pick up program, operates the transfer station, and the Woodside Cemetery.

- Planting and maintaining flowers
- Hanging basket installation, watering and fertilization
- Right of way and road ditch mowing / brush clearing
- Large area mowing of City properties
- Snow removal from City owned properties and High St handicapped ramps
- Daily uptown water garden maintenance
- Storm sewer system
- Clearing debris from catch basins / storm drains
- Improve or repair failed areas of the storm system
- Mark all Storm within the Right of Way as part of Ohio Utility Protection Services (811)
