Miami University Campus Gateway & Safety Enhancements - Patterson Avenue RE-Bid

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 South College Ave., Oxford, Ohio 45056, until 10:45 a.m. local time, Friday, March 6, 2020 and publicly opened and read at that hour and place.  The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal.  The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected.

The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Miami University Campus Gateway & Safety Enhancements — Patterson Avenue RE-Bid.

Contract documents may be obtained from the office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 South College Ave., Oxford, Ohio 45056, where they are available for inspection by prospective bidders.  Each set of contract documents will consist of a specifications booklet and set of plans.  Contract documents can also be downloaded, at the bidder’s expense, at www.cityofoxford.org.

The cost of each set of printed contract documents will be $125.00.  No refunds will be made.  Checks for the purchase of contract documents will be made payable to the City of Oxford.

Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin and are required to follow all State of Ohio prevailing wage rate requirements.
