Solar Energy Array Development on a Closed Sanitary Landfill

The City of Oxford, Ohio invites your firm’s proposal for a Solar Energy Array Development on a closed sanitary landfill.

Sealed proposals, clearly marked Solar Energy Array Development on a Closed Sanitary Landfill will be received by the City of Oxford, Ohio in the office of the Service Director, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Each response shall contain detailed information as to how the company will install, own, operate, and maintain thereon, an approximately 20 acre solar photovoltaic energy system.  Proposals will be evaluated on financial and environmental benefits to the City; financial capabilities; decommissioning plan; developer experience and project team; and preliminary system design.

The City of Oxford reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in a proposal, to hold any proposal for sixty (60) days before accepting same, and to accept that proposal which is deemed in the sole discretion of the City of Oxford, to be the best proposal.
