RITA non-filer administrative subpoenas mailed today
Approximately 1,519 administrative subpoenas were mailed to taxpayers that neglected to file a municipal income tax return for the City of Oxford. All of the taxpayers that will receive the subpoenas were first issued a non-filing notice and were given an opportunity to respond before a subpoena was issued.
You can avoid an appearance
You can avoid an appearance by submitting the required documents using the methods listed below. We encourage you to e-file online.

PO BOX 470538
Broadview Heights, OH 44147-0538
Important tip: Please do not submit documents directly to any of RITA’s offices, to any specific individual at RITA or to any address or fax number that you may use for other RITA correspondence as this will result in a delay in the processing of your documents and could also result in you receiving an unnecessary subpoena.
October 2 and October 3 appearances
While we make every effort to properly staff the program based upon the number of subpoenas issued, you may observe wait times that vary throughout the day. Taxpayers who elect not to wait may leave the required tax documents with RITA staff and will be considered in compliance with the subpoena.
