The Recreation Board consists of five members, two of whom are recommended by the Talawanda School Board of Education (and thus, may not be residents of the City of Oxford). One member of City Council also meets with this board as a liaison to City Council.
The Recreation Board is an advisory board responsible for recommending to City Council future plans and development of playgrounds and recreational facilities and programs for the city.
Meets: Second Monday of every month at 11:30 a.m.
