Uptown Parks and Event Reservation Information
We love our community events here in Oxford, Ohio. We view our parks as our community living room and encourage you to use them! Our parks may be used for community events that are open to the public and offer free admission.
Note: requests to reserve any other City of Oxford Park other than the Uptown Parks will go through Oxford Parks & Recreation Department.
To keep everyone safe and informed on the guidelines, please read through the Uptown Parks Stipulations & Fees Form. We also recommend downloading and printing a copy for your own record.
*NOTE: beginning in 2025, all Mobile Food Units (food trucks) that operate within the City of Oxford will need a Fire Inspection Permit from the Oxford Fire Department. For details, including the application for the permit, see the Mobile Food Unit Fire Inspection page.
Fill out the Uptown Parks Permit Request.
Once your Public Park Permit Request is received, a member of our staff will reach out for further information. After it has been approved, you will receive a copy of the approved permit, along with an invoice, if applicable. All invoice payments should be made prior to the event and any further changes to the event details need to be approved.
Note: if you or your organization are handing out information on public sidewalks, no permit is required.
