Per Chapter 729 (Vendors and Solicitors) of the Oxford Codified Ordinances:
No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence for the purpose of commercial soliciting as defined in Section 729.01(a)(1), (2), (3) and (4) unless such person has registered his or her credentials with the Manager as provided in Section 729.04.

Solicitor's License Program Application
This is an application for a commercial vendors and solicitors permit as per Chapter 729 (Vendors and Solicitors) of the Oxford Codified Ordinances. No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence for the purpose of commercial soliciting unless such person has registered his or her credentials with the City Manager or the Manager’s designee. To qualify, all individuals must provide the following information to the City Manager or the Manager’s designee correctly setting forth the following information.
