- Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To ensure same-day disconnection, you must submit before 2:45 PM on weekdays.
- Once service is shut off, your final bill will be issued on the first day of the following month.
- Once service is shut off, a new account will have to be established before reconnection.
