Water & Sewer Adjustment Request
Before You Begin
After we receive your adjustment form, we will monitor your account until usage returns to normal. This allows us to confirm the leak has been resolved and ensures that the full extent of the leak is considered during our review.
You will be notified once a decision has been made regarding your adjustment request. Please note that adjustments are not guaranteed and do not cover 100% of the excess usage. Regular payments are still required throughout this process.
*The adjustment form is not for the filling of swimming pools. Irrigation meters are available for purchase in the Utility Department for the monitoring of outdoor water usage. These meters can be brought into the Utility Department once per year for a credit to sewer charges.
