Choose a Location
The location of your business determines what regulatory requirements you will have to follow and how you will connect with your customers. Think about your business goals when selecting a location. Do not purchase or lease a space until you consider all the requirements below!
Land Use Allowance Check
Spaces that are already fitted for operation are typically already zoned for a specific use. Check with the Community Development Department to ensure that your business is allowed in your desired location.
Historic District
