| Project Bid Received By & Opening Information: | Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Oxford at the office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 South College Avenue, Oxford, OH 45056, until 10 A.M. local time, June 1, 2026, and publicly opened and read at that hour and place. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, in their consideration, offered the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 110 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected. |
