OPRD Youth Volunteers

2018 Youth Volunteers

Calling all 7th-9th graders in the Fall of 2018! OPRD Youth Volunteer program is designed for students that are too young for summer jobs, but would like to put their talents and enthusiasm to good use while gaining valuable job experience. Volunteers will learn many areas of job readiness including resume development
and interview skills. Volunteers will be assigned to help out with Summer Special Events and Programs and earn volunteer hours that may be used toward classes, youth programs, swimming lessons, use of the weight room facilities, and discounted pool passes.

An informational meeting will be held on TBD at 10:30 a.m. at The Oxford Parks and Recreation Department, 6025 Fairfield Road.
*Attendance is required for participation in the program.
