Count your steps for the 2016 Walk 4 Seven Challenge!
Oxford area: Let’s reach 7 million steps in 7 days to celebrate the American Heart Association’s National Walking Day! Everyone walks every day! From their car to the workplace, some just walk to the workplace, around the store, out to lunch, around their yard, on the sidewalks and wooded paths. From Wednesday, April 6 through Tuesday, April 12, count your steps!

How to count your steps
You can use your own step counting device, pedometer, or mobile app to track your steps. You may also request a pedometer at the Kickoff Celebration on Wednesday, April 6 in the Uptown Park. Record and track your steps each day.
Submit your steps
On Wednesday, April 13, submit your total steps for the seven days. All participants who submit their steps at the end of the challenge will be entered into a drawing for prizes! You must submit your steps before the form closes on Sunday, April 17.
