AM Workout Fitness
Come join us and have fun while you get a good workout! All fitness levels (age 16+) are welcome (exercises can be adapted to all levels). Our class works to improve strength, flexibility and cardio fitness with a variety of equipment including weights, large balls, bands, tubes, hula hoops, jump ropes, and steps. Check it out yourself!
Each class includes a warm-up, strength training, mat work and a cool down.
As with any exercise program, we recommend you to seek the advice of your doctor before beginning an exercise regimen.
