Past Due Accounts

Your payment must reach our office by the due date in order to avoid any penalties. Once an account is in arrears, it is considered delinquent and is subject to termination. Arrears are defined as outstanding charges from both the current month and previous month’s billing. A delinquent bill indicating the arrearage and any applied penalties will be mailed the day after the current month’s bill was due. To avoid termination, please pay the past due portion of your bill by the due date indicated on the bill. If it is not possible to pay on your account before the delinquent due date, please contact us for further information.
