Parks and Recreation
Statement of Purpose The overall mission of the Parks & Recreation department is to improve the quality of life of the residents of Oxford and the Talawanda City School District by providing a wide variety of recreational and cultural activities, facilities, and services that encourage health, fitness, cultural enrichment, and learning in conjunction with other community resources.
