Helpful Numbers to Assist Students Living on Their OwnTo assist students with the transition of living on their own, we have developed a brochure which lists helpful numbers to have on hand.
Remember: When you decide to live off-campus, you choose to be a member of a neighborhood. Many of your neighbors are retirees and families with children. Please be a responsible and considerate neighbor.
The Zoning Code limits occupancy of a dwelling unit to no more than four (4) unrelated people. Before signing a lease for more than four people, call the Building & Housing Department at 524-5209 to verify that the unit has permission for more than four under the "grandfather" provision.
Words of Wisdom: Always read your lease and be sure to
keep a copy for future reference.
