Advisory Utilities Commission
Consists of five residents of the city, appointed by City Council for three-year terms. No member may serve in excess of six years. Only meets upon the express request of City Council in each instance to advise, report, and recommend to Council concerning any and all public utility matters. Has generally been concerned with the natural gas utility and the cable television franchises awarded by the city.
